Wow! A year flies by fast when you're having fun! Landing at almost exactly a year from their inception, PK Victoria is proud to present the PK Sound Victoria 1st Year Anniversary Party. Celebrating the friends, family and fans that make it all possible, on May 2nd Rehab Nightclub will be thumpin' thanks to tunes provided by some of the capital city's best local artists!
PK Sound Victoria Turns One!
Originally hailing from Calgary, AB, PK Sound's reach continues to increase as the demand for premium production and sound grows. The second satellite office, after San Francisco, and the first on the west coast of Canada, PK Sound Victoria (owned and operated by Angus Kant and Ruairi Matthews) is staffed by many of the same folks that build and run The Village Stage, at the world renowned Shambhala Music Festival. PK Sound Victoria Turns One!
The night features three EP Releases, with sets featuring brand new unreleased tunes from headliners Dead Air, Generic and Jetfighta. Our home town heros will be leading us long into the night with a plethora of eclectic sounds. Let's not forget the man brought PK Sound to Victoria, DJ Anger who will be showcasing his unparalleled cuts and scratches alongside PK Sound members Dua and Pronoia providing their signature blends of sub pumping bangers. With additional sets from Hip Hop cut master supreme Jetts, live beat guru Grossbuster, a 2x4 set DnB set from Smasha and Selekta, the entire spectrum of bass music will be represented at the 1st Year Anniversary for PK Sound.
